The North American Rescue TrueClot® Hemorrhage Training Kit (Large Caliber Gunshot Wound with Bone Insert) is a realistic, hands-on training tool designed to simulate large-caliber gunshot wounds for advanced bleeding control and wound packing instruction. This high-fidelity simulator allows trainees to practice hemorrhage control techniques using real-time bleeding effects and realistic tissue response.

The wound is constructed from lifelike ballistic gel with a replaceable bone insert, allowing students to experience the tactile feedback of packing around bone fragments and wound cavities.
