The North American Rescue JETT® (Junctional Emergency Treatment Tool) is a rapid-deployment device designed to control life-threatening hemorrhage in the inguinal or axillary regions where standard tourniquets cannot be applied. Compact, lightweight, and easy to use, the JETT® provides immediate, stable compression to stop junctional bleeding and improve survivability in both military and civilian trauma settings.

Developed with extensive input from special operations medics, the JETT® features dual pressure disks that can be applied to one or both sides of the body simultaneously, allowing effective control of bilateral injuries. Its simple mechanical design allows for application in under 60 seconds, even in high-stress or low-light environments.

The JETT® also includes a Stabilization Belt that prevents shifting during patient movement, ensuring consistent, hands-free pressure while transport or evacuation takes place. This system has been tested and proven in the field to meet Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) standards for junctional hemorrhage control.
