The North American Rescue HyFin Vent Compact Chest Seal Twin Pack provides two vented chest seals in a low-profile package designed for real-world carry. Built for the prevention, management, and treatment of open and tension pneumothorax from penetrating chest trauma, these compact seals deliver the same trusted performance as the standard HyFin Vent in a smaller footprint that fits easily in IFAKs, plate carriers, and go bags.

Each seal features a three-channel vent system that allows air and blood to escape from the chest cavity during exhalation while preventing air from being drawn back in during inhalation. The advanced hydrogel adhesive maintains a secure seal on sweaty, bloody, or hairy skin, while the large red tab supports quick, single-step peel-and-apply placement and allows venting when required. Rugged, perforated foil packaging lets you open one dressing at a time while keeping the other protected until needed.
