The North American Rescue Public Access Individual Bleeding Control Kit provides rescuers and bystanders with the essential tools to stop life-threatening bleeding in the critical minutes before professional help arrives. Developed under the Department of Homeland Security’s “Stop the Bleed” initiative, each kit includes proven medical equipment used by first responders and the U.S. military. The vacuum-sealed configuration keeps contents clean, secure, and ready for immediate use when seconds matter most.
